TERMS OF SERVICE
OVERVIEW Welcome to My Store 5! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to My Store 5. My Store 5 operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). My Store 5 is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK Any feedback you submit grants My Store 5 a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, including commercial. No obligation to keep feedback confidential, compensate you, or respond. Feedback must not violate others' rights or contain unlawful/malicious content.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS The Services may contain typographical errors or omissions; My Store 5 can correct these or cancel orders at any time without notice.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES Services may only be used lawfully. Prohibited: unlawful/malicious use, violating regulations, infringing IP, harassment, transmitting false info, spam, impersonation, uploading viruses, scraping/automated tools (including AI agents), or bypassing security measures. Violations may result in account suspension/termination.
SECTION 14 – AGENTS Defines rules for autonomous software ("Agents") accessing the site: they must identify themselves via a specific user-agent string ("Agent/[agent name]"), must not conceal that they're an Agent or mimic human behavior/bypass CAPTCHAs, must answer truthfully if asked whether they're human or automated, and must not circumvent measures controlling Agent access.
